Girl Scout Brownies Going Batty Patch or Girl Scout Juniors Animal Habitats Badge
Get ready for a fun-filled day of wildlife discovery at Lincoln Caverns!
Brownies will earn the Going Batty Patch as they uncover the important role bats play in nature, bust common bat myths, learn about local bat species, and create a recycled bat craft and educational poster.
Juniors will work toward the Animal Habitats Badge while exploring endangered species, cave habitats, and ways to protect wildlife. Each troop will also build one bat house to take back to its community.
The adventure wraps up with an unforgettable tour of two beautiful crystal caverns!
