Safety Guidelines:
We are open daily for tours and Raystown Rocks Gift Shop. Please be assured that Lincoln Caverns will make every effort to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. We are located in a low population density, rural setting that hosts visitors from all over the United States and beyond. Our intention is to provide a safe, healthy, enjoyable, and educational experience for all our visitors.
Guests must take personal responsibility for their own health and safety when visiting by making good choices.
• Masks are no longer required in Pennsylvania nor at Lincoln Caverns. But due to the close cavern environment, it is RECOMMENDED that all guests ages 4+ wear masks on the cavern tour. If you do not have your own, a paper mask will be provided.
• Due to steps and use of hand-railings in the caverns, visitors are requested to use sanitizing stations before entering and upon exciting both Lincoln Caverns and Whisper Rocks.
• Tours are conducted at about 75% capacity, allowing for distancing in most places for those who wish to do so. But please note that due to the natural cavern environment there are areas where distancing may not be possible.
• The tour is a leisurely, slow-paced walk, but there are several flights of steps, with hand-railings, in the caverns. The path between caverns is uphill with an additional flight of steps outside. Due to the natural features of the cavern, most areas of the cavern, including our general admission tours and special events are not handicapped accessible.
