Celebrate 80 years of discovery at Lincoln Caverns. Just once a year, enjoy special historic tours, workshops, children's activities and fun for the whole family. Check back for a complete schedule of events. At special prices too! 9 AM - 5 PM each day. No advance tickets/registration required.

Historic Interpretive Tours of Lincoln Caverns & Whisper Rocks

11:00 AM Intro. To Speleology
Powerpoint presentation, featuring cave formation, types of speleothems, cave life and conservation.

12:00 PM Bats of Pennsylvania
Workshop for all ages with games and activities, including information about White Nose Syndrome - a devastating disease killing our North American bats. Plus a great bat craft for children!

1:00 PM Caves & Karst
Learn more about caves and karst topography with experiments, and fun cave trivia. Includes a cave craft for children.

2:00 PM Intro. To Speleology

3:00 PM Fossils
Our most popular workshop – fun for all, including a fossil cast and fossil hunt for children!

4:00 PM Jr. Cave Explorer

Discuss caving basics and safety with this fun workshop designed to be a brief introduction to the fun sport of spelunking. Children will get to go through the Kid's Cave Crawl.

You are invited to hike our nature trails, look over our Campground, use our picnic facilities and browse in Raystown Country’s largest gift shop. Be sure to tour the Lincoln Learning Center and find out about the many programs Lincoln Caverns has to offer. Schedule of events is subject to change.
