11:00 AM Bats of Pennsylvania
Workshop for all ages with games and activ, including information about White Nose Syndrome - a devastating disease killing our North American bats. Plus a great bat craft for children!

12:00 PM Intro. To Speleology
Powerpoint presentation, featuring cave formation, types of speleothems, cave life and conservation.

1:00 PM Cave Life
Learn more about the interesting and unique creatures inhabiting cave systems. Through games and activities discover why these animals are so dependent upon one another. Includes a cave craft for children.

2:00 PM Intro. To Speleology

3:00 PM Fossils
Our most popular workshop – fun for all, including a fossil cast and fossil hunt for children!

4:00 PM Rocks & Minerals
Examine specimens and learn about the three major categories of rocks with the Rock Cycle Game.
Make a rock craft to take home.

You are invited to hike our nature trails, look over our Campground, use our picnic facilities and browse in Raystown Country’s largest gift shop. Be sure to tour the Lincoln Learning Center and find out about the many programs Lincoln Caverns has to offer.
