Girl Scout Brownie Combo Event - Going Batty & Fossil Safari Try-It's

Enjoy hibernating bats!

Fly into winter, with this exciting program combining two great topics – Fossils AND Bats! Learn many intriguing bat facts, about bat species, and how we can be better neighbors to our bat friends in the Going Batty Try-It. Dig into an earth history lesson in the Fossil Safari Try-It, examine fossils and learn about paleontology. This event includes a presentation about cave conservation, cave animals, and cavern formation. The highlight of your trip will be touring TWO beautiful crystal caverns. Sleeping accommodations are slumber party style in the visitor's center. Pre-registration is required and payment in full is due with registration.
